There is so much to explain, so much to justify, so many technical layers that, in order for a product to be understood, it often feels necessary to cross a dense wall of information. It means entering the conversation from a place of service, from the concrete needs of the real consumer and the real buyer. I deliberately emphasize the word <em data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1827\">real<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1949\">Because it is not enough to imagine them.<br data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1874\" \/>It is not enough to assume.<br data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"1904\" \/>It is not enough to define them by intuition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2230\">Before communicating, a key decision must be made: <strong data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2018\">to dive deep<\/strong> in order to discover and define who that consumer and buyer truly are. To listen actively and continuously. To detect patterns, frictions, expectations, fears, and ways of understanding the world and technology.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2453\">Only then can a true universe of behavioral understanding be built. When complexity blocks connection, it is usually due to a combination of the following factors:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"4595\">\n<li data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2999\">\n<p data-start=\"2729\" data-end=\"2999\"><strong data-start=\"2729\" data-end=\"2767\">Campaigns without real foundations<\/strong><br data-start=\"2767\" data-end=\"2770\" \/>We bet on what we <em data-start=\"2791\" data-end=\"2800\">believe<\/em> the consumer or buyer is like. Profiles are created in internal sessions filled with assumptions, or isolated studies are conducted that are neither updated nor continuously contrasted with reality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3143\">\n<p data-start=\"3004\" data-end=\"3143\"><strong data-start=\"3004\" data-end=\"3047\">We talk about the product, not the need<\/strong><br data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3050\" \/>And we fail to recognize that the need changes depending on the profile we are addressing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3358\">\n<p data-start=\"3148\" data-end=\"3358\"><strong data-start=\"3148\" data-end=\"3202\">We do not differentiate between consumer and buyer<\/strong><br data-start=\"3202\" data-end=\"3205\" \/>The person who uses the product is not always the one who makes the purchasing decision. Communicating to both in the same way is a strategic mistake.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3360\" data-end=\"3565\">\n<p data-start=\"3363\" data-end=\"3565\"><strong data-start=\"3363\" data-end=\"3403\">Success metrics are reduced to leads<\/strong><br data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3406\" \/>Accumulated contacts, events that do not deliver the promised profiles, and no strategic follow-up based on real levels of knowledge, interest, or maturity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3567\" data-end=\"3791\">\n<p data-start=\"3570\" data-end=\"3791\"><strong data-start=\"3570\" data-end=\"3607\">We confuse data with intelligence<\/strong><br data-start=\"3607\" data-end=\"3610\" \/>Quantitative data fulfills metrics; qualitative insight elevates decision-making. I have seen exceptionally well-developed products that, when it comes to communicating value, remain <strong data-start=\"5036\" data-end=\"5059\">lost in translation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5062\" data-end=\"5251\">To begin changing this, a fundamental muscle must be trained: <strong data-start=\"5124\" data-end=\"5150\">the translation muscle<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"5151\" data-end=\"5154\" \/>Like someone who speaks several languages and knows when to switch depending on who is listening.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5253\" data-end=\"5401\">And here, one thing is essential to understand: this is not just about media, events, or social networks.<br data-start=\"5358\" data-end=\"5361\" \/>Communication clarity begins <strong data-start=\"5390\" data-end=\"5400\">inside<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5403\" data-end=\"5635\">It starts with the people and teams who transfer knowledge and value. Because, ultimately, the connection that generates sales, leads, and conversations is still person to person. And teams are the brand\u2019s most powerful ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5637\" data-end=\"5942\">For this to work, teams need the ability to communicate value through an intelligent reading of the interlocutor. Because the buyer is another person, with a specific buying journey and a particular level of technical literacy.
